38’ Carver Motor Yacht 1989

1989 Carver 3807 Motor Yacht. This 38' Carver is clean ready to be a "Live Aboard" or a weekend condo on the water. It was pulled in July 2024 for new bottom paint. In June 2024 the carpet, interior wood, couch upholstrey, and fly bridge canvas was all professionally cleaned. the fire extinguishers and interior vinyl blinds were installed.
The yacht has two private staterooms and two private heads with showers. This all provides great comfort for guests and sleep overs. The couch in the salon converts to a sleeper along with the dinette which converts to sleep two. The galley is fully equipped with a double sink, coffee maker, microwave over, 3 burner stove with an oven, and a new refrigerator. The Mercruiser 454 engines have 1290 hours and both run very smoothly with a cruise speed of 12 knots. The new Kohler 7.3 KW engine has low hours.
This is a great running boat that is set up for cruising and comes with life jackets, dock lines, shore power cords, bumpers, and even a stainless steel grill.
The slip is paid until April 1, 2025. The owner has an insurance survey from 2024.
